How long will it take to complete the translation of my documents?
The completion time for a certified translation depends on several factors. Typically, we require three to five business days from the date of payment to prepare a certified translation, depending on the type of service requested. Notarization of the translation takes a few hours. A notarized translation with an apostille or certification from the Consulate General of the Russian Federation takes four to five business days after payment is received.
Is the original document required, or is a COPY /electronic version sufficient?
We only require an electronic version of your original document in PDF format or a scanned COPY . The original document itself is not necessary.
Can I order a translation remotely without visiting your office?
Yes, we accept translation requests by phone or e-mail.
What is notarization of a translation, and when is it required?
Notarization of a translation is the process in which a notary certifies that the translation of a document is accurate and corresponds to the original. Unlike a regular translation, a notarized translation has legal validity and can be used in official institutions.
Are document certification and consular fees included in the cost of your services?
Document certification comes with an additional fee, and consular fees are also not included in the cost of our services.
